It’s simple really, our calling card is sustainable Scottish seafood.Our name comes from the Gaelic word for fish. It’s a wee bit tricky to pronounce, but it’s no bother if guests don’t get it quite right. With delicious fresh produce served by our very own Head Chef, Sean Currie, you'll feel the energy in the way we go about things – our warm welcome, enthusiasm for what we do, and, of course, a splash of Glaswegian banter.Serving sustainable Scottish seafood is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why £1 on every bill goes to The Firth Forth Lobster Hatchery, who hatch, rear and release lobsters to ensure stocks remain plentiful for future generations. Reservations are for food bookings only – all drinks are first come, first served. Not trying too hard, not overly complicated, and EXACTLY what you are looking for; our menu is the fox's knees. We have got a great selection of Scottish beers on tap, and have recently created an extensive cocktail menu for you to sip on while you catch up with friends. From the kitchen, you can expect feel good pub dishes with a twist made from fresh, seasonal ingredients – we think yer granny would even approve! Foxes might not be great at sports (it’s hard when you can’t even wear shoes) but that doesn’t stop us from watching all the big games!     Both my husband and I had a wonderful meal . The haggis starter dish was so tasty and quite filling. Additionally, the Cullen Skink soup was out of this world...thick with fish. The fish and chips was fresh and flaky. The Venison was prepared to perfection...a thick rich sauce with tender chucks of meat. It was the most enjoyable meal in Glasgow. The wait staff was friendly very accommodating. A must for anyone who wants to experience traditional Scottish food at its best.

    The food was absolutely delicious, staff nice and welcoming. Always enjoy the atmosphere in the Fox, nice and cosy and inviting. I would definitely recommend coming here.

    Comfortably located in Kimpton Blythswood Hotel, the restaurant shares space with the hotel bar. The service is impeccable and friendly. The food is well-prepared and reasonably priced. All in all, a successful adventure.

    Second time visiting Shuttle on an Itison deal. Food was great, with plenty of choices and large portions Staff were very friendly and helpful and atmosphere was lively Great venue for group nights out, as there are various areas to cater for different tastes in music etc. Highly recommend this place and would return again
