To coin a phrase: “ Our meal tonight was spectacular!” I’m my words: “perfection!” The beef wellington was mouthwatering and the suggested paired wine made it all the more perfect! Hubby’s pork cheek very tender and the beef burger did not disappoint. I finished old school with Baked Alaska the perfect end to our meal.
