The perfect setting for you to enjoy a romantic dinner, family celebration or night out with friends.Our Head Chef and his brigade are passionate about food. Every dish on the frequently changing menu is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients – locally sourced wherever possible.Norfolk is rich in great produce and our kitchen’s philosophy is based on seasonality, provenance and flavour. Game, fish, meat and vegetables are chosen with care daily. We have a close relationship with the finest suppliers in the county and they know that we insist on buying the best. We don’t do run-of-the-mill at The Parson but we do believe in offering great food cooked with passion and flair.Special dietary requirements are all happily catered for. We set out to create the kind of establishment we'd love to find in one of the UK's most beautiful cities, one where old-fashioned hospitality is valued, food is delicious and where beautiful surroundings can be found hidden around every corner.From breakfast where we serve our unique Beforenoon Tea - the breakfast edition of afternoon tea - to lunch which includes Assembly House classics and grazing boards, we're open seven days a week. We're most famous for our themed afternoon teas which change regularly and are served from noon until last service at 3.30pm daily. As the Home of Afternoon Tea, we also serve some spectacular savoury versions of tea, including Beforenoon Tea, seafood option Afternoon Sea and our cheese-based option Afternoon Cheese. We’ve long loved Canary Wharf and it's rich history of the nearby Docklands and Billingsgate Market, yet Blacklock in a glass tower never quite fit. One look at an old disused warehouse nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf underneath the train tracks of the North Dock and we knew we had found home. Feel the comforting rumble of trains passing overhead conjuring memories of some of our favourite haunts underneath the bridges in NYC - a place where, with the blinds rolled down and away from prying eyes, a decadent lunch can swiftly roll into dinner.

Welcome to the Lodge at Salhouse, we are a family run pub occupying a charming 19th century vicarage. The pub has recently been renovated, including comfortable bedrooms set in seven acres of countryside garden.We are fortunate to be surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk Broads, while Salhouse boasts numerous scenic walks for both guests and four-legged friends to enjoy.The neighbouring village of Wroxham provides plentiful amenities including a department store, local shops and cafes, and is popular with holidaymakers wishing to hire boats - we would all agree that one of the best ways to experience the Broads is on the water!Norfolk also boasts 90 miles of award-winning coastline, with lots of variety to explore.
