It's here we make all our seasonal ferments, pickles and drinks - all of which you can buy ready jarred from our fridge. Recently went to the Hare & Billet for a lovely roast, was excited to see they offer a vegan wellington roast as an option online. However was disappointed upon learning that it’s no longer an option and had been taken off the menu when we were getting our orders taken. Luckily we had a fantastic server, Nathaniel who went above and beyond to offer options so that I could still enjoy the roast that I’d be looking forward too with a few tweaks here and there. Ended up having a lovely meal regardless! Thank you, Nathaniel & chefs at the Hare & Billet!

A lively restaurant with a good selection of dishes at a reasonable price. Portion sizes for the 'small share' dishes were larger than expected. We experienced a wonderful service by our server.
