Created Tom Hill and Clare Lattin of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Emilia is their version of a small Italian Osteria (transported to the Devonshire countryside) serving seasonal, everyday Italian inspired dishes using locally grown ingredients. Birthday lunch with friends . Loved everything . My first visit although my husband has been before . Loved everything . Really friendly team serving and the food was just delicious couldn't fault it ! Empty plate full tummies and abit of leftover cheese ( the best of the best cheeses !) to nibble on the train journey home ! What a joy to go somewhere where no corners were cut . Thank you and flipping well done xx

Fantastic experience and service. Plenty of staff who were attentive providing excellent service, but not over the top. Super fast knowledgeable of the food and drinks. The wait time was minimal, the presentation of the food and flavours were fantastic. Definitely one for the special occasion.

Delicious food, imaginatively served, great attention to sourcing the best ingredients. Very quiet there mid-week in November so I hope the word spreads and they get the diners they need to prosper.
