Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too.     Absolutely outstanding food really good for people who have dairy and gluten allergies we was so impressed to be even able to have a dessert. Staff was so friendly and helpful really had a great time.

    Easy to book and I was able to modify my reservation. Food was tasty and servings generous. Our server, Matilda was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy, in the Brewhouse Bar, but we soon got used to it and would definitely recommend and go again.

    Fantastic food and service, as always. Really varied menu fir both of us (one carnivore and one vegetarian!) and delicious, fresh and exciting flavours. Staff, as ever, were attentive and helpful. Best brunch in Edinburgh.

    Loved Paloma so much! Strongly recommended . Brilliant fresh tacos with lots of flavor contrasts, crunch & punch. The feta whip tostada is also incredible & the Mexican street corn. Their house made hot sauce was also really good. Really well made delicious cocktails too - Their Paloma is best I’ve had in Edinburgh. Loved the vibe, the tableware, decor & staff were lovely. Definitely best tacos in town. 🤍🤍
