It didn’t matter and we would have gladly drunk gallons. The only picky point was that I told them I am gluten intolerant on the booking and when we arrived, but still got given multiple courses with gluten ingredients. We chose the lobster and king prawns linguine, and were very pleasantly surprised to find a half lobster (not just pieces) perfectly cooked in a creamy white wine sauce. FANTASTIC. Thank you.
