We've been serving the people of Braintree and beyond since 2015 and in that time have humbly become ‘one of Essex’s best restaurants.’ We have received recognition from the AA, having been awarded an AA Rosette for ‘culinary excellence’ for five consecutive years, and then in 2023 we received our second rosette, putting the restaurant amongst the top 10 restaurants in Essex. Excellent service with very polite, friendly and attentive staff who were very helpful in advising one of the party who had dietary requirements. We all ate from the set menu which gave a good choice of interesting dishes. All the food was very well cooked, delicious and well presented. The restaurant has a pleasant , friendly atmosphere without being noisy. Good value for money and very close to car parking. Can thoroughly recommend.

Very busy , but service was prompt and food arrived with no issues . The extension where we were sat became full with two large groups. The noise level was horrendous to the point you could not hear anyone speaking. The area needs rugs or carpets as the noise echoing in the area makes it impossible to have a conversation. We had to move to have coffee . Not enjoyable at all .
