The food and service are always GREAT at Vero Bistro Moderne.

Had dinner at 8 pm Saturday the 30th November 2024. Immediately greet3d tskenntonout table, presented menus and asked about drinks. Waiter was fast and courteous. Came back with delicious complimentary bruschetta. Service was superb throughout our server and the owner combined. Food was out of this world (shared steak tartare followed by a caprese salad, both some of the best we've ever eaten). Had 2 bottles of house chianti very good and reasonably priced. Mains were the veal special, substituting a chefs choice pasta (both delicious) and a bianchi pizza with sausage. Deliciously balanced. We can't wait to go back as soon as we are in Calgary again--bravo!

It was our first in person visit after doing multiple virtual classes with Dom c/o Fidelity funds. We planned specifically in going as we were in town from Edmonton for sons hockey tourney. 10 others booked on our recommendation and they all loved it!!!

A group of 8 of us (including one little under 3) dined there for a birthday dinner last night. We each had a cocktail of some sort, appetizer, main and dessert and every single dish was was perfect. If you are looking for some incredible food, with beautiful presentation, this is the place. Cocktails were good too! Other highlights: the table side Caesar salad and the table side flambé desserts. We also really appreciated them being so accommodating of us having a toddler with us. They made a special pasta for her. Very attentive service too. Thank you for a great meal!

Absolutely perfect. Great service, excellent food, well priced. Will definitely return
