Booked a reservation at LAS with only 15 minutes to spare and the only option available was a high top. Upon arriving to the hostess stand, I asked if a standard table was available as I was with my 8 year old daughter and both hosts accommodated me immediately. We sat in the main dining room at the back and our server Mark was incredibly attentive and kind. He let me know of the specials, the items not listed on the menu like onion rings & the charred broccoli. Everything was tasty as usual. This is my husband and I’s favorite steakhouse so to bring our daughter after Alvin Ailey’s show was really full circle. I always order the wet aged ribeye, opted for the onion rings instead of the fries, lobster Mac and cheese because duh & the charred broccoli. The broccoli was probably my favorite thing AFTER the cheesecake of the day. Yes, dessert is always to be had on a day like today. Thanks everyone for the accommodations tonight with such short, short notice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at The Capital Grille was absolutely exceptional! The salmon and steak were both cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. Our waiter, Kenneth, provided outstanding service, making sure we had everything we needed while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. From start to finish, it was truly a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

The food was delicious.. I ordered the Oysters Rockefeller without bacon extra cooked, crab cakes and arugula salad. We sat at the bar and the service was great. We went back the next day and the service was impeccable and ordered the baked shrimp and Oysters Rockefeller without bacon and arugula salad. Will go back.

This was a Paris like experience. Our table faces the front door so that we could people watch. The place is pretty loud but in a bustling exciting way. My wife and I could still hear each other because we were right next to each other on a small round table. The food and service were impeccable from start to finish. We had a wonderful Valentine’s lunch today.

Service was exceptional!! Best service Ive had at any restaurant in a long time. And food was super fresh and delicious. We had the burrata salad, tortelli pasta, and lamb chops. We also had the apple desert which was beautiful and a super light way to end the dinner. Would definitely return and order these all again.
