Kaiser’s Chophouse is an inspired collaboration from esteemed chefs Peter Kaiser and Kevin Rathbun. Located in the heart of Sandy Springs, Kaiser’s Chophouse focuses on sourcing the highest quality and freshest ingredients. The drink menu consists of the cant-live-without classics, properly prepared, like the Manhattan, the Vesper, as well as our take on the Bee’s Knees using Nolet's Gin. The wine program is a focal point, with a sommelier-curated list with the finest vintages from around the world. All of the wines are stored in the temperature-controlled wine cellar. Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. ARNETTE'S Chop Shop is a modern take on the traditional American steakhouse and features a contemporary, chef-driven menu, extensive wine list and a well-curated craft cocktail program. The restaurant’s interior was created to compliment the industrial modern design movement, exposing the natural character of the reclaimed warehouse while blending vintage, classic and modern design influences.The restaurant is split into two levels. The dining room is appointed with custom wood and leather booths, banquettes and tables.
