    The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I also really enjoyed their mixed cocktails. All around an excellent experience. We plan to return in the near future. This was our first time trying this restaurant and were impressed with the entire staff, if you like Cowboy Star, The Famous and the other several steak houses in the Springs you'll Love Prime25!

    We still had a bit of a wait to get seated even with a reservation. The atmosphere and open grilling area was fantastic. This was our first time dining there and our waitress and assistant were patient and explained everything very well. Their service is top notch and the food was even better. We were a bit worried that 2 hours seemed to be a long time, but it passed extremely quick. The timing of appetizers all the way to dessert flowed extremely well.

    This restaurant never fails to deliver a fine dining experience.  I have been coming here since I moved to town 20 years ago snd the ambience, the bartenders and the waiters and service staff are always on their game.  My husband and I always feel pampered and well taken care of when we decide to come here.  The steaks are always cooked to perfection, the desserts are delicious and my all-time favorite are the martinis.
