I thought the meal was not up to par as the lamb chops were small and overdone, the sirloin was a little tough last time was great. I had to pour my wine many times as server was excellent in the beginning but I thought a little non attentive as the meal went on . This was a disappointing evening compared to the many great meals I have had here.

Always amazing quality of food and it was my hubby bday and they gave us a 25$ gift certificate which was so nice of them.

Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience.
