Overall, food and service were VERY good. Excellent view. Very nicely decorated for Christmas. Only drawback was the noise. A bit loud. Hard walls and ceilings throughout. I’ll definitely be back. Lots of good things on the menu. Maybe I’ll try eating at the bar.

Grill 23 has been here for decades, and they deserve to be. The wait staff is the best, food delicious and it is very comfortable. A neighborhood gem. One can tell that everybody is having a good time.
