We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed! This was our first experience at Eddie V's and it did not disappoint. We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and the restaurant rose to the occasion! The cocktails, food and wine were all delicious, as was the lovely dessert. What a delicious way to celebrate! The restaurant even let us borrow an umbrella and called to say a guest had forgotten her purse. Well done, Eddie V's!

Our server, Jazelle, was amazing. She was attentive, personable, and fun! She made great recommendations and ensured our experience was a great one. If we have the opportunity to return, we’d absolutely sit in her section again. We had an issue toward the end of our meal (hair in food) and had a short encounter with the restaurant manager that was less than impressive. Engaging with patrons and resolving issues was not his priority. No introduction and no eye contact.

What can I say, this place on Sunday was extremely energetic. I suppose it was the Omegas founders day, but still I loved the atmosphere and the music selection. The food was a 10/10 especially the jerk chicken, fall off the bone good literally the salmon was excellent, but had a lot of seasoning. I can definitely see myself coming back with either a small party or a large one. Our waiter,Josh, was amazing and took care of us throughout our brunch session.
