Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, located in the iconic Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, is the area's only AAA Four-Diamond steakhouse. Very appealing restaurant. Lauren, the hostess, and Karen, the server, could not have been more accommodating. The coconut shrimp appetizer is said to be "world famous", and we agree. The entrees, black grouper and macadamia nut-encrusted snapper, were cooked perfectly and delicious. Prices are a little steep, but not ridiculous. The overall experience was well worth it.
