We love going to Donavan’s. Service was great as always. The steak dinner was delicious. They ran out of the crab cake appetizer but I had the 8oz filet with a 3oz crab cake on top, on a bed of asparagus. The crab cake was a little burned so I asked for a fresh one. They were nice to bring me two more. They were a little overcooked but I did appreciate the gesture. I had 2 old fashioned cocktails. They were OK. I wish they would use top shelf bourbon, but it wasn’t bad. Overall it was a great time and I will certainly go back.

AMAZING!! I've been many times and every time is an awesome experience but this time was truly exceptional. My family and I have food allergies - and my mom is on a very restrictive diet for health reasons. Our server Devon was incredible, so kind and patient and the executive chef Olivia came out and talked to us twice. They were able to custom make something for my mom and even used the oil she had brought with her! Truly a 5 star experience. The food was fabulous as always but the service was TRULY next level. It's also jus such a fun spot - great energy and vibe. Could not recommend more highly. Especially to anyone gluten free - these guys do SO much GF and they do it well! Very special to find so many deep fried delicacies gluten free as well. I've only had delicious food every time - my special faves though are the deviled eggs, parmesan clams and the fish and chips. Idk what they do to their fries but they are fluffy and crispy and so flavorful. Must go! You won't be sorry.

Our Valentine's Day dinner was well worth the drive and the wait time for our dinners. If you order seafood paella anywhere and expect it to be served as quickly as a cheeseburger, you'll likely be disappointed with the time taken or the food quality. The best paella is not quick to cook. It's not pre-made and waiting to be ordered. It's cooked fresh to order. Our server was concerned about the time it took to prepare but we were fine. My wife said it was well worth the wait as was my Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon with pineapple-mango salsa and cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes. Our waiter, Muhamed, was cheerful, informed, helpful, and attentive without being “too much”. My wife’s Sunset Berry Sangria and my Sunrise Moscato Sangria were unique and awesome, to say the least.

We had an excellent experience with top notch service and wonderful food. It was our first time at the restaurant and we will be making it a regular place for date nights from now on!

Walked right in at 4 pm Valentine’s Day and they were fully staffed with happy servers. Food was prompt, fresh, hot and tasty.
