First time at Catch. Everything was great. Our server was wonderful. She was attentive, quick and helpful. We enjoyed every dish we ordered. I will say the portions are on the smaller side. Fav dishes were the madai crudo, all the nigiri, oysters, mashed potatoes, ny strip and salmon. The only dish we didn’t like was the strawberry shortcake. I didn’t read the description, mostly just the title and it was not a strawberry shortcake. It tasted like strawberry sundae topping with cookie crumble. Not bad tasting but needed more substance. This dessert was oddly huge.

For business lunches or just a quiet get together, this is the place. The $48 lunch special (3 courses) is a bargain for South Beach, especially considering the quality of the food. Our servres were incredible ... wish I'd asked the name of the "lead" waiter ... tall slender young man with grey/blue eyes ... among the best service I've had in any restaurant in Miami As for the food, I'm always impressed with the quality of the tomatoes in the greek salad here; teh dorade was perfectly cooked ... my friend and i shared out desserts of ice cream and the fruit plate I'll definitely be back!

Spectacularevening. I had some business associates who wanted to experience great cuisin in an intimate environment. Chef Victor Rosado is one of the most talented chefs in Florida, and he treated us to an amazing dinner full of surprises. Just to mention some of the outstanding dishes: seafood risoto with squid ink, seared scallops, Caviar on "gold fish" belinis, seared duck - all cooked to perfection. Wine selection was superb. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
