We were seated for our Valentine’s Day dinner five minutes early even though this was probably the restaurant’s busiest date of the year. Our waiter, Mike, is a veteran and a pro. He was very helpful, wasn’t full of himself and his knowledge and understanding of the menu as well as the type of dining experience most of his customers expect from such a we’ll know establishment, was impressive. There was nothing we asked him for which he wouldn’t have moved heaven and earth, to get for us. We had the sea bass and 8 oz. Filet as our main courses. The cut of the filet was prime and it tasted like it. It was a perfect medium rare. The sea bass was also moist and wonderful. What a great surprise this dining experience turned out to be. This was the best meal we had over our three previous nights in the Phoenix valley. Thanks Mastro’s.

Best steak and lobster in Scottsdale. Prepared perfectly. Crab cakes were superb, and the smoked old-fashioned best I have ever tasted. Our server was friendly and took care of our every need. Can't wait to go back.

We had lunch here to celebrate Valentines Day. We had the Dungeness Crab Salad, fries and 1/2 dozen oysters. We ordered the west coast oysters and they were delicious. The salad was generous, fresh with a light dressing. Very good. The fries were hand cut and fresh out of the hopper when brought to our table. One order was plenty for two of us. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. This was our first visit and we will return. Highly recommend Zinc Bistro.

Possibly the most impressive dining experience my wife and I have ever had. They made our one year anniversary truly special. From the ambience of the restaurant itself and the amazing spectacle of the roof opening, and the gorgeous pool on the top floor. The food was the star of the show as it made you feel like you were on cloud nine with every bite. The steaks were cooked perfectly and every side ordered was delicious. Josh, our server, was the most attentive and caring server we have ever had! What an amazing experience!

We have been to Cooper’s Hawk on prior visits to the Scottsdale area and as always it does not disappoint. The wine is excellent and the server can provide so much knowledge if you’re not confident in choosing the best wine for you and your meal. The food is prepared fresh and the options are varied. The standard of service and cleanliness of the restaurant is top notch. Whenever you have Cooper’s Hawk as an option take it.
