Always great service, food nice neighborhood eatery

Absolutely amazing! We could not have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate our Anniversary! The food was incredible! The Wild Mushroom Risotto is a must try, as well as the Chocolate Peanut Butter Stack Cake!! The cake tastes exactly like a crispy crunch, but in cake form, incredible! We enjoyed a bottle of riesling, and staff were great about topping up and refilling, as well, everyone was just so friendly, and knew all the answers about the food! The wine list is insanely extensive, so you should have no problem finding the right paring! 1000% reccomend to anyone visiting the Canmore area!

A lovely evening with prompt service and delicious choices. Lamb meatballs were a hit and the prosciutto pizza was hot and a nice balance of flavours. We will be back!

Outstanding experience! We had a very memorable experience here, we chose the chefs tasting menu. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Our server/hostess was so fun and knowledgeable and enhanced our experience! Amuse bouche - flavour bomb of duck on a tiny doughnut Salmon - very light with pickled fennel….very nordic very tasty, forgot the picture! Veal tartare - I love beef tartare and this was a delicate and light version with a to die for cheese foam. Foie gras - I could eat this all day, just go try it. Pork and scallop - best porkbelly I’ve ever had, scallop cooked perfectly! Duck - omg, star of the show! Beautiful beet accompaniments, breast cooked perfectly, confit so tender! Coffee and apple dessert - we chose one of each to enjoy. Both were light and the apple comes with a tiny scoop of butterscotch ice cream which was amazing! Everything was so expertly prepared, perfectly paced and absolutely divine, we can’t wait to come back! Cheers to the team at Ankor🥂
