Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine.     Great experience but smaller portion sizes. I do think the food is a bit on the pricier high end side.  the dip with the table bread was really good. But some of the pieces of bread were super burnt and not really edible. I understand that the goal is to give the food a nice char, but some parts were definitely burnt. We tried the black cod, which was really delicious. The bitter salad was a little bit too bitter for me. I do wish they had more meat selections. Overall, a 7/10 experience

    Wonderful time spent at the bar. Taylor, Tom, and Aiden were amazingly helpful!! Came for HH, stayed for the live music tonight. It was exceptional! Could not be happier with the delicious shrimp, complimentary bread, sushi rolls, wine, and beer choices. Looking forward to my next venture to Palisades!

    I love this restaurant! The food is amazing! Delicious and creative seafood preparations, fantastic salads and WOW desserts. We had all three of them last night....so good! I love the heirloom cauliflower salad so much I crave it sometimes. The Sea Bass is delicate and truly special. Prawns and grits....an elegant take on southern comfort food. Delicious Tuna 2 ways....a 5 star meal I want to repeat!
