Massimo's has been a Fremont destination and landmark since opening in 1976. The name Massimo's is not only the middle name of our late founder but also means “great”. The food, service and atmosphere is the passion of owner Bill Rinetti Jr. We strive to create a cuisine that is fresh, seasonal and prepared with great care and also include some of our classical preparations including our Caesar Salad which is made in the dining room. The fare is American with bits of Italian influences. We have been featured on KQED "Check Please Bay Area". Be sure to save room for one of Massimo's Flaming Desserts that have become one of our signature preparations.

Bistro 880 offers a Modern American Cuisine with hints of the Pacific Rim. Bistro 880 has been awarded the Diner's Choice Award 3 years in a row in 2022, 2023, and 2024.     We had our appointment at 2 pm on Sunday. We ordered Mini Lobster Rolls, Filet, Branzino, Potato Puree, and two dessert Butterscotch Brulee and Affogato. Foods were really good, but the sad thing was, I wanted to order rib eye, and it was out! The environment was great. Beautiful decoration. Distance between each table was fine, not too crowded. Overall is 4.9 out of 5 (0.1 subtraction for no rib eye)

    Celebrated a girlfriend’s birthday in the outdoor patio. We had a lovely time. The food was great as well as the service. Since it was Valentine’s weekend we barely managed to get a reservation but the seating area was comfortable because of the heaters even in February.

    Arrived early and was seated early. Staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving. We unfortunately had to wait a while for waitstaff to do first touch. Once drinks & food order taken, things went smoothly. Appetizer was great. Fish & chips and chicken sandwich were hot & tasty. Mahi Mahi tacos were fishy tasting. Took a while to get check, but online payment was fast. Overall good meal.
