Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Just like Billy, we like to try things that you’ve never seen before! Our server, Joe, was outstanding. He was attentive, but not intrusive. He knew the menu well and gave great recommendations. He, and all the staff, were very friendly. The food was delicious. This is a wonderful place for having a special celebration.

The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. The Raspberry Chicken Salad is amazing! (My favorite) You must have the Cornbread wedge (it's large so you can share this item) The Cranberry Walnut Salad is also good. I always add chicken. The Turkey Avocado Sandwich is very tasty, but a little messy. We are from Kansas City and would love to have Chester's Kitchen & Bar expand into the Overland Park, KS area. Please!!!
