Mgr./hostess: Savannah greeted me with a smile by name & seated me at favorite table. Per my interest in a non alcoholic specialty drink she had Jeff, bartender mix up something special for me. I’ve been blessed to have Savannah service me before and she’s consistently offered excellent customer care & service, always pleasantly professional. Tonight, I also had the pleasure of getting Francisco as my waiter for the first time. He was attentive & accommodating each request with patience & a smile and in a timely manner. His attention to detail as only one example: keeping my water glass filled was appreciated. When dining alone I am grateful for such friendly wait staff yet was impressed at how well Francisco balanced his attention with other guests. From several different visits my husband & I have noticed the consistently excellent customer service. No, I haven’t forgotten my food… French onion soup, Salad and Sticky Toffee Date Cake were wonderful.

We had a delicious Ribeye and Scallops dinner, and when Nancy, our wonderful and attentive server discovered it was my birthday, she delivered a great dessert on the house. We will definitely be back.

Worst meal,I’ve had here in years. Wasn’t told til after we tried to order that they were out of beef . Ordered salmon . Two had spinach salad. One was fine,other had only a few leaves of spinach,half the size of usual. Waitress went off to bring palate cleanser after our salad & didn’t come back for 20 minutes. Then brought our entrees,never got palate cleanser. All tried the salmon which was terribly dry. Heard 2 other tables complaining to others at their table about dry fish. No one asked about refilling wine.Was disappointing. Received a call from Glen Ella. Will work on staff issues ,apologized for problems,& will issue a gift certificate. Will try again in the future as always has been a 5 from me before.

Wonderful Date Night at our favorite place Lake Rabun Hotel! The food and service were excellent and our server Savana made the night extra special!!! We will definitely be back, to try all the delicious looking dishes on the Spring Menu. Just some advice everyone needs to go try the calamari, my new favorite!!

As always, we truly enjoyed our evening at Fortify. Jorge’s attentive service was impeccable and Tyler shook some mighty fine Martini’s. We really enjoy the chef’s creative new items on the menu as well as the classic mainstays. All the dishes were delicious. Jack and Daniel have recruited a welcoming and friendly team at Fortify, consistently offering an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. We love dining at Fortify. Gita and Joe Gardner
