We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

Offering modern coastal fare with a distinctly local undercurrent, Burlock Coast is an innovative restaurant-cafe-market-bar that channels the creativity of Prohibition era rumrunners. At the helm of Burlock Coast is Culinary & Beverage Director Paula DaSilva delivering only the highest quality seafood and produce as well as hand-crafted cocktails. Chef de Cuisine Adrienne Grenier drives the menu and evolves it seasonally and with daily specials. Floor to ceiling windows and open-air bar, expansive patio seating and breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Burlock Coast has been named one of the best restaurants on the beach. 20% service charge for parties of 6 or more will be added to the check.     Food -service & ambience… excellent !! It was a night Bruno was off - yet great job Bruno and staff because the evening was seamless and delicious ! Wonderful unique menu crafted with fine ingredients made for a great meal. We had the beet burrata salad (perfection) - sweet potato hazelnut crusted scallops with the most delicious blueberry mustard glaze (wow) We also had the center cut NY Strip cooked to perfection! (Excellent ) A suggested bottle of Tuscan wine topped the night. Our waiter (Issac-i “think” was his name ) was professional yet personable and made our experience Sunday at 7:30 all we could have hoped for with his top notch service. Looking forward to many more great meals here.

    Went for the first time to Paya and it was the best dining experience I have had in Miami in a while. Ambiance was on point and service was impeccable—efficient, attentive, and incredibly friendly. As for the food, outstanding! Every dish was delicious with beautiful presentation. My favorite were the Scallop Crudo, Tamarind Lamb Chops and Soursop Ice Cream with Caviar! I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
