The bone marrow is unbelievable. The salads are tasty and lightly dressed. The potato stack amazing. We tried pig ears tonight: wow. The deserts have different flavors, different textures and colors. Every single item we have ordered salads, soup, appetizers, main courses and desserts were seasoned to perfection. I don't know how they do it, but it is always perfect.
