Had an amazing time for our first experience at The Back Burner. Diana was quick to ask if it was our first time & once we said it was she talked us around the menu. Telling us that they sell crazy amounts of the “better cheddar”, you get a great amount of flatbread which has a homemade pita chip vibe. We had the crab bisque which was so good my fiancé almost forgot to share any with me! We split the wedge salad, which was so refreshing. He got the short rib and I got the salmon Wellington. We had to get all that bagged up so we could try out some dessert. We got the raspberry crème brûlée, it was so tasty.

Had an excellent valentines dinner at the house of William and merry! Our server was awesome in his recommendations and was not overbearing in checking in on us often. We tried their house Syrah wine, which was excellent, and HIGHLY recommend the duck wings as an appetizer. will be going back!

We always enjoy our meal at Valle's. Staff is very friendly. Food is what keeps us going back. We also do take out as well. Hannah is the waitress we ask for when she is working but all the waitstaff are excellent.

Our server Larry was knowledgeable, gracious, and checked in with our party just often enough. His service elevated our experience and he even caught in passing it was one of our birthdays. Sparkler on our shared dessert was a nice touch without making the birthday gal the center of the entire restaurant's attention.

A lovely experience tonight at this brand new restaurant. Delicious hot home made bread. Branzino w/ a mediterranean salad and a huge bowl on the side of creamy risotto. Great caesar salad with homemade dressing and a crunch of corn thrown in!
