At zoku, we are deeply committed to quality in every aspect of our menu. We use seasonal local vegetables and carefully chosen rice from Japan to enhance the flavors of our yakitori. We also work with local sommeliers in our wine selection, many of which are regionally sourced, that complement our appetizers and skewers. After five years of perseverance and experimentation in Downtown, LA, we opened our second location in beautiful Old Town Pasadena.
