Each course the flavors were well-balanced, highlighting the natural taste of the seafood. However, while most of the dishes were excellent, I found that the uni sushi was slightly overpowered by the soy sauce, which masked its natural sweetness and creamy texture. A lighter touch would have allowed the uni to shine more. Overall, the meal was still a delight, with attentive service and a thoughtfully curated selection.
