We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. Primo also has a long-standing relationship with Lake Meadows Naturals in Ocoee, FL for chicken and ducks.

Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman.     We went last night for a post - valentine dinner & it was amazing. From the minute you step into the lobby and get greeted from the kindest host, to being sat down at our table & having an amazing server. Alex was our server and he made our night unforgettable. He went above & beyond and answered all our questions, also made sure to let us know which plates or drinks had any type of nuts in it due to my man having allergies. The restaurant was breathtaking. The food was delicious & the drinks were just the cherry on top. It was our first night here & we will definitely be back to ask for Alex. Thanks again for a great night & experience!

    Food was great but the meat to pink, I wish they do medium well meat. The place was completely full. The salad bar was excellent and had a lot to choose from. I love the lobsters bisque soup. Also we got seated on the very back so I was not able to try all the meats. I miss out in the grill pineapple.

    Had an exceptional Valentines Day with a fantastic tasting server Holly. Place was so crowded our reservation was delayed about 30 minutes but staff was very good about keeping us informed. Dinner was very good also, Charles did a very nice job.

    Had a wonderful meal and overall experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the limited menu but Primo did not disappoint! The bread service, appetizers and entrees were all excellent. I enjoyed the octopus starter and the pork saltimbocca, my wife had the brodo and gemelli with mushrooms & chicken- all were fabulous- definitely order the bread service too! Gio and Allie our servers were attentive and professional- Gio made some great wine pairing suggestions! Great food, service and overall experience!
