My with and I were visiting Boston during “Dine Boston” promotion when many restaurants had a fixed price menu. We came to Mare for seafood and it was very good. The noise level was very high and the constant foot traffic in the crowded dining area detracted from our experience. The fixed price was a good value

Puritan never disappoints. It's a local favourite for my friends and I as the food and service is superb, and consistently so.

The waitress was great. Food was delicious - just had some apps. Nice ambience. It got a little loud toward 8 pm but it was manageable.

Main course and dessert was delicious, although I'm not sure what dressing was on the Ceasars salad. Service was great...Thanks Jerod and Veronica! Our table was jammed in between other tables (I guess for Restaurant week). No salt and pepper on table. And was so dark that I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu and bill.

Had a wonderful evening. Low key with delicious food and great service.
