Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. Maguro sushi restaurant first opened its doors as “Masago sushi” mid 2017 in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Devastated by the impacts of hurracaine Irma & Maria we decided to embark on a journey that led us to Orlando FL. After years of hard work on July 2021 we opened our doors to our Florida mall location. Serving tapas style, Latin Asian fusion cuisine, Chef Jose Joubert makes sure to incorporate a little bit of culture in every bite.
