Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday and she was more than impressed. They went above and beyond in showing that her special night was important. Everyone said Happy Birthday, the singer had a special conversation with her, and then we were “VIP’d” to the speakeasy next door for a night cap. The Monarque is absolutely amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch! Thank you!

Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

Our experiences at ammoora were truly amazing! From the ambience of the restaurant to the impeccable service to the delicious food, we loved every aspect of our meal. Each dish that we tried was amazing (we particularly loved the chicken rolls and Dubai chocolate crunch bar). The service was also outstanding, everyone was so thoughtful and genuinely went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable! We would highly recommend ammoora!!
