Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. We enjoyed the buffet which was beautifully presented and the food was delicious. A good variety, served fresh and kept restocking and from light to hearty offerings. Highly recommend. The place is beautiful and with the option to go outside afterwards for a stroll made this a delightful visit for my husband and I.
