Join Us for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Reservations are available for Lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm-10:00 pm and Brunch on Sundays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Business Casual Dress Code is required. Window tables are limited and we cannot guarantee seating but will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations of 5 guests or more cannot be made online, please call for availability. Reservations will be honored up to 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time and we require the majority of your guests to arrive prior to seating. Beyond this time period, your table will be released and we will accommodate you when, and if, a table becomes available.

    We very much enjoyed dinner at Pier W on December 30, 2025. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was courteous and professional, and the food was outstanding. When our family is together in Cleveland for the holidays, we always try to have a special dinner out. More often than not, we all choose Pier W for the occasion. Our compliments to our server Samantha, the entire front-of-the-house staff, and the kitchen staff for making the meal and the evening memorable.

    From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, and the service couldn’t have been more complete. We had beautiful view of downtown for our anniversary and we’re never rushed in anyway.  From the appetizers to the entrée and then the dessert, the food was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed the evening immensely!

    As always, brunch at Pier W was amazing. From the freshly carved prime rib to the handmade pastries and custom omelette, the food was divine. And the live pianist just adds the perfect touch of class. Highly recommend!

    We sat in the bar area until our table was ready. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Once seated our waiter was very good. He made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back.
