The waiter for our table provided the worst service ever. To the big families ordering lots and lots of meals, she always provided care and smiles. However, to us (2 people on small table), she showed the grumpy face as if she is annoyed about us asking for the food or ordering something extra. Also, when serving the food, she slammed it on the table as if she was expressing the work stress on us. Therefore, we did not want to pay the service fee. The food is not cheap, but I did not want to pay extra money for the service because for us, it was not worth the service charge. But she came up to us with the most angry face and said what was the problem. We did not want to tell her, because she still had that attitude towards us. Come on, we did NOT do anything wrong. So I did not say anything, I just told her I don't want to sat it. Then, without even asking, she just made us to pay the service fee when we requested for not paying the fee as we were not only unsatisfied with the service, but also disappointed. I did not want to make any fights, so we just paid and walked out. I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THIS RESTAJRANT, EVER AGAIN. I felt so relieved after walking out of the restaurant. The food was fair, but not as good to an extent which it can outweigh the poor service. If you guys only want big families paying lots of money for the meal, not small group or an individual paying less than them, then don't accept small group bookings. VERY disappointed.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

The service was great, especially from our waitress Lily. She was very attentive and spent the time to talk to us and discuss her preferences and opinions on the food, which was very thoughtful. The food was very good and I would definitely visit again.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Told it was birthday celebration. But no mention of it. Drinks came really late after the starter was served. Chicken dish a bit chewy and not great. Dim sum a bit overcooked. Waiter would not remove the service charge. Better places to visit.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
