Polaris partners with more than 70 local purveyors for the best and freshest ingredients, and operates its own rooftop Bee Garden producing fresh honey for our cocktails and entrees. Polaris has hosted celebrities, special occasions and everyday memories for more than 50 years. Take a ride on our famous glass elevators, step into our breathtaking space, and make some memories for your own.

My cocktail was delicious, the focaccia bread was so crispy and that butter amazing. The onion tart was tasty, but not my favorite . Entree was the poached cod which was perfect in every way. Dessert was the cherry tart which was very pretty but lacked some flavor I felt.

Could use more clarification on what all comes with the dish. Everything else perfect. I suggest getting the Smoked Honey ‘O. Delicious drink

The food and ambiance were a one of a kind experience. Very rarely do I experience food that brings out an emotion of such joy and surprise and this place brought that without any hype or expectation. Our server was fun, friendly, and read the table perfectly with great timing and great knowledge of the food and place. This place is worth the trip from half way across the country. Well worth the price as well. The complementary valet parking was a lovely surprise for us as well. Spent around $100 to $150 for each person but had 2 to 3 cocktails each to go with each part of our meal. The menu apparently changes with the season. I cannot wait to return again!
