The food and ambiance were a one of a kind experience. Very rarely do I experience food that brings out an emotion of such joy and surprise and this place brought that without any hype or expectation. Our server was fun, friendly, and read the table perfectly with great timing and great knowledge of the food and place. This place is worth the trip from half way across the country. Well worth the price as well. The complementary valet parking was a lovely surprise for us as well. Spent around $100 to $150 for each person but had 2 to 3 cocktails each to go with each part of our meal. The menu apparently changes with the season. I cannot wait to return again!

From start to finish was an amazing experience. We sat in the lounge which had a cool vibe. The outer part of the restaurant rotates around the center. Started with the charcuterie which was delicious and included a honeycomb from the restaurant itself. For entrees we had the Chilean sea bass and steak Oscar. Both delicious but would absolutely return for the bass!! Phenomenal! The chocolate dessert was great too. One of the best meals we have had out in a long time.

I had a fantastic first date that I won't soon forget! From the moment we stepped into the venue, the experience was top-notch. We were warmly greeted by name before even stepping of the elevator, which set a wonderful tone for the evening. As we ascended to the rooftop restaurant, the anticipation grew, and the stunning views did not disappoint. The atmosphere was electric, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Now, let’s talk about the food! Every bite was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, and the drinks were equally impressive. I can’t wait to return seasonally to explore different menu options—I have a feeling there are plenty of delightful surprises waiting for me!

Alrighty then! The food was excellent, no complaints. High quality, chef's kiss. The service on the other hand could have used polishing in a venue of this caliber, she was just ok In my opinion there should be vigorous training for the wait staff. The lady who served our food was much better, but the actual server assigned to our table needs to be retrained. Also, apparently there is no dress code at Polaris. Baseball hats and t-shirts are ok, bringing your own 1/2 gallon water bottle was ok as well along wearing sweat pants. That was disappointing.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Polaris Restaurant on December 12th, 2024, at 8 PM. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me and asked how my day was, to which I replied that it was great and mentioned I had a reservation. Instead of simply acknowledging this, she sarcastically replied, “Oh, that’s great. I had a great day as well, thank you for asking.” I never asked her how her day was, and her response came off as condescending and unprofessional. As someone who has dined here multiple times, has brought many people as a local who loves this restaurant, I expect a much higher standard of service. Being treated this way right at the start of my visit set a negative tone for the evening. Polaris needs to seriously address their customer service if they want to retain loyal customers.
