Our mission is to treat our customers as if they were guests in our homes. We want you to have a great meal in a comfortable environment served by our friendly and knowledgeable staff. We appreciate your patronage and hope you return to visit us often.
Guests from across the globe come for our Famous "55" salad, Wild mushroom bisque, and Aztec Chowder but leave raving about the fresh seafood and delicious steaks. Owned and operated by local restaurateur Darren Greene, the Polaris Grill delivers the best dining experience in North Columbus. Serving lunch Monday through Sunday, a sensational brunch on Saturday and Sunday, and dinner nightly.

We were first time visitors and were not disappointed. Food quality and service was excellent, pricing was moderate. An excellent combination. We will return the next time we are in Columbus.

Another excellent experience. The food was delict and the service was impeccable. It is becoming part of our regular rotation. Our server Sarah was again terrific.

Food was good but the delivery of food leave MUCH to be desired. We ordered soups and salad appetizers and entrees. The waiter asked if we wanted our soups and salads first. (An odd request we thought. ) But we said yes. Out silos and salads came out in a timely manner and not 1 minute later our entrees were brought out. Really?!?!? I literally got 2 spoonfuls of soup and then the entrees weee put on our table. When I expressed our dismay the waitress asked if we’d like her to take them back in the kitchen. For what? To sit under a heat lamp and dry out? No thank you. I told her we had asked that the soups and salads be brought out first so we could enjoy our first course. Her response was that “the kitchen was fast tonight”. Seriously? You are going to try to excuse poor meal preparation? If I go back I will order the soups and salads and then hold onto the menus. When we finish our first course we will then order the second course. If the restaurant does not know how to time a meal we will do it for them.

Another great visit to Polaris Grill, as we’ve come to expect and have never been disappointed! We were there to celebrate a friends birthday and what a nice gesture for you to gift them a bottle of your wonderful salad dressing - They were thrilled, and as they have just relocated here, I’m sure they will also become regulars!!
