It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Two of our four entrees were messed up. We’ve been there several times in the last few months. Although the food has generally been good, it just takes too long to be served. The only thing I can think of is the size of the kitchen is too small for the size of the restaurant. Everyone we observed in the very crowded restaurant was having the same experience. Not sure we’ll go back anytime soon.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

We dine at Porticello regularly. It’s become a bit irritating that they offer cappuccino and yet, for months (like 6) they claim the machine/frother is not working. Take it off the menu or get it repaired. The regular coffee is not good at all. I would like to enjoy dessert with a coffee, ideally cappuccino.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

From the moment we walked in my expectations were low. The hostess stand was unattended and unorganized as the young ladies working it seemed to have no clue what they were doing. The one that took us to our table said, "I think this is the right one." And while I'm ok with people learning a new job, they were very unorganized. The waitress we had, I forget her name, was pleasant but clearly had too many tables as was not very attentive. The runner that brought our food out, had no clue which table to take it to, offering it to multiple tables near us before we spoke up and claimed 2/4 meals. It was a solid 5 minutes before he brough out the other 2 meals. Don't know about you, but I think it's cool when a party of 4 goes out to dinner, that they all get to eat at the same time. The scallop risotto was RUINED by the kitchen putting balsamic glaze all over it, when it wasn't listed on the menu. (I HATE balsamic glaze and would have asked that it be omitted had I known!) I did ask that they leave off the balsamic on the bruschetta appetizer, so maybe the waitress should have spoken up and warned me. Thankfully, my husband was happy to switch meals with me, so I didn't have to send it back. Heaven knows how long THAT would have taken. Now we weren't in a rush, but like I said, we all wanted to eat together. The highlight of the evening was the company, not the meals. Sadly, the food was lacking in flavor and the sauce on the lasagna my daughter ordered tasted bland and like it came out of a can. The lobster ravioli was delicious and there was a generous portion of lobster meat on top. But again, the scallop risotto was ruined with the unexpected balsamic glaze. The bite of risotto that I did try was bland and lacked creaminess and any hint of parmesan flavor, the taste and texture was more like a box of Near East rice pilaf. Short version, I don't think we'll be headed back any time soon. Don't waste your time or money.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

The wait staff was amazing. It is a shame I do not remember our waitress, but she was friendly and outstanding. However, when I came into the restaurant to check in with my Love, while I understood that it was busy, the young women at the counter did NOT acknowledge me for quite some time and instead just ignored me. Normally, when people treat me this way, I leave and spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere, but it was Valentine day so I stayed. The food was great, and the waitstaff was outstanding. Overall not great. We got the risotto and it was just salted rice, barely edible. The Wellington was fine but both way over priced for what they tasted like. Service was fine, had to ask multiple times for water for our daughter and ketchup. Had to keep reminding them. I know it was Valentine’s Day so it was hectic but for how much everything cost, not worth it.請問這對你有幫助嗎?
