Posana is a contemporary American restaurant in the heart of downtown Asheville on Historic Pack Square. With a focus on serving local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine, Posana sources unprocessed, premium ingredients from nearly 65 different local purveyors and farmers each week and regularly changes the menu.     Absolutely spectacular. Tennille was the best and made the experience so much fun. Food and drinks were delicious and checked all the boxes. Thank you to everyone everyone working last night.

    Had a lovely experience at Posana. Our waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating and especially nice to us on a big event evening. The food. So good. We shared an assortment of small plates including the pear burratta (get the burrata), roasted veggies, grain salad, and cheese biscuits. AND the tahini tiramasu to end on. So delicious. Thanks Posana!

    Posana was excellent as always. However the restaurant temperature was way too hot. Customers and staff were complaining about it. Why couldn’t this be rectified?

    First time back after a hiatus from a bad experience at Posana last year. Food was better, except the trout was a bit bland. Suwana was a really good server, but the wait for food courses was too long which was most likely a kitchen back up. We’ll be back!

    To have a restaurant exclusively serving gluten-free options meant so much to my family! We had a wonderful meal to celebrate the season and for once had a full menu available to all family members.

    We had the most enjoyable dinner at Posana. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday dinner so memorable. The service was impeccable (our server, Tennille, was a rock star - her recommendations were spot on and she tried to anticipate our every need) and we felt like the Posana team thought of everything. The restaurant's attention to detail was so greatly appreciated. We can easily see why Posana is a top restaurant in Asheville. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again to the entire Posana team!

    I love Posana. It has a really chic look and a menu that is has something for everyone. A very nice meal. We did two of the Pre-fix three course meals at $45.00 each. Great selections. I had the brussel sprout appetizer and the mushroom pasta. Loved it. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive and very nice. We will be back shortly.
