Life is too short to eat ordinary pizza! We like to drink great wine, sometimes lots of it. Most importantly, we like to share these passions with our friends.

Our menu is Italian inspired and stacked with delicious food. Try a few of our smaller items or feast on a selection of pizzas and larger plates. It’s up to you. We believe food is meant to be shared and encourage family style dining as we send dishes out once they are prepared. Conversation comes naturally when people enjoy food together.

    Join us on Monday, November 25th, 2024, as Sol's teams up with Posto Pizzeria to bring you an evening of Philadelphia flavors, mouthwatering dishes and classic drinks. The team at Sol’s saw an opportunity to bring this to Calgary, so, they hopped on a plane and spent a week in Philadelphia, for some delicious research. Their goal at Sol’s is to pay homage to that messy, delicious sandwich. By using 100% Alberta ribeye, arguably some of the best beef in the world, and locally sourced bread. The event runs at Posto from 4–10 PM, so reserve your table now to secure your spot—this is one night you won’t want to miss!

  • Prasátko + Posto: A Czech-Inspired Culinary Event

    Join us on December 4 as Prasátko teams up with Posto Pizzeria to bring you an evening of Czech-inspired flavors, pairing mouthwatering dishes with unique drinks. Guests can indulge in a specially curated menu featuring savory highlights like pickled Camembert, hearty goulash, and European sausages. To complete the experience, we’ll be pouring Czech beers, spirits, and cozy winter cocktails. The event runs at Posto from 4–10 PM, so reserve your table now to secure your spot—this is one night you won’t want to miss!

    It’s my first time at Posto, and I’m impressed by the ambiance, service, and food. We tried the #8 pizza, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The arancini was absolutely amazing—far exceeded my expectations! Their cocktails are also fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu, both pizzas and non-pizzas. Oh, and a bonus: every Sunday, pizzas are 50% off!

    Had dinner here for my husbands birthday, we hadnt been in a few years but had fond memories of our previous experience. We were sat at the bar, and ordered the olives/almonds, foccacia, my husband ordered a pizza, and I had the beet salad. The presentation of the olives and almonds was literally just thrown on a plate. The beet salad was very basic and meh compared to what’s offered at other places for the same price. The bartender had very little knowledge of what was available for non-alcoholic options. While I appreciate that alcoholic beverages would be the focus (I also would prefer to be drinking a nice red wine but I am pregnant), they didn’t seem interested in giving anything but basic service and I ended up just having water. Overall it was okay but given the other options in the city I wouldn’t be quick to return again based on the quality of the food and service.

    Our dinner was AMAZING!! We had a bottle of the sparkling rosé, caprese salad, arancini, and the #2 pizza. Everything was delicious!! Service was great! A little disappointed that they got rid of their happy hour 1/2 price bottles of wine (we were there on a Saturday) and the arancini portions are now 2 instead of 4.
