Primo Grill is a chef driven Mediterranean by Northwest restaurant showcasing the best of local bounty. Local wild caught fish, meats from local farms and foraged produce feature from the grill and brick oven. Owners Chef Charlie McManus and Jacqueline Plattner offer a relaxed yet sophisticated experience with an emphasis on Washington wines and hand muddled artisanal cocktails.

                                                              We won’t be back after waiting over 30 minutes for a table, 30 minutes for a bottle of wine and another 45 minutes for our meal. It was my birthday dinner and they were well aware. Food was good but definitely not worth the wait. Our bill was over $500 for 8 which included two kids meals. There was no bread or appetizer offered even though they know how long we waited. For a birthday combo late apology they offered a mini bowl of whipped cream with a candle. Pathetic.

                                                              We’ve been going to Primo for 6 years and we have always received stellar service, but tonight’s dinner was legendary! From the visual of sitting in front of the chefs to the special menu for the holiday, everyone was attentive and accommodating. The best part of the meal was dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla ice cream all topped with whipped cream! Spectacular!

                                                              The restaurant was overwhelmed because it was Valentine’s Day. We had four different servers and we’re not initially made to feel welcome when we did receive service. It felt rushed, but the food was great and the drinks were strong.

                                                              A stellar Valentine’s Day dinner! We were surprised that the entire menu plus specials were offered. Prepared to perfection, and served with care. We met the new owners, who are lovely people. They even gave me a Valentine’s Day flower!! 🌺 Please support this local gem!

                                                              It was nice, but made sure we knew we could only be there for 90 minutes due to the holiday. I don't think that if you make a reservation that a time limit should be put on us. The food was ok.
