Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. In 2022, Bloom is coming to Europe, with the first restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Discover a varied selection of botanical sushi inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. All our sushi is 100% vegan: No mercury and no antibiotics. No use of fish flesh, seafood, or by-products in our recipes. No eggs, cream, or milk All our sushi is made with seasonal products to offer original and harmonious flavour combinations. Discover our gastronomic creations of botanical sushi in an elegant and refined setting inspired by Japanese tradition.

    Incredible food. There’s so much choice and everything we had was delicious. It was suitable for plant based diets but enjoyed by meat eaters too. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

    Très bon moment passé dans ce restaurant. Les desserts furent malheureusement long à arriver. De plus, l'ensemble reste coûteux pour simplement des légumes.

    This was our favorite meal on our six day trip to Paris. Everything was presented so neatly, the service was friendly and helpful and everything tasted fantastic

    Toujours un plaisir manger chez Bloom. C'est une expérience gastronomique incroyable même si je suis plutôt habituée déjà. N'hésitez pas à y aller si vous cherchez un restaurant japonais vegan.

    Comme toujours une expérience culinaire, remarquable. Des plats superbement, présentés et des goûts fins et surprenant. Seul petit bémol, beaucoup de courant d’air dans la salle et il faisait très froid.

    Une carte de makis et sushis entièrement végétales aux saveurs audacieuses et surprenantes qui revisite le concept de la cuisine japonaise. Le cadre est étudié et reposant avec des tons calmes et clairs, un parfait écrin pour apprécier cette cuisine travaillée. Autre surprise: leur fondant au chocolat à la texture parfaite!
