Not a good experience at all. I have been to plenty of steak houses around the DFW area and this has been the worst. We went there to celebrate my wife and her brother's B-day. His wife went as well. My wife and her sister in law ordered the same steak, 7 oz Wagyu. As soon as the steaks came out my sister in law said her steak smelled funny. My wife's steak did not have a smell. My sister in law took two bites and then she stuck to the side dishes. She is not a big beef eater, more of eating chicken and seafood. Her husband asked to taste her steak and he spit it out, he could not bear the taste and smell. My wife then asked her for a piece as well and she gagged. Then I took that piece and smelled it, wholly s*it. The steak smelled spoiled. I immediately called the waiter and my brother in law told him the steak smelled bad like it was spoiled. He took the plate to the kitchen. The manager came over and assured us they don't sale spoiled meat. He was taking her plate off the bill and asked her if she wanted any other steak. She did not. After that, the rest of us could not eat our food with the thought of the smell and her not being comfortable enough to order something else. Our dinner was ruined. We had even ordered a second bottle of wine. I have had bad service, burned meat, under cooked meat and over cooked meat before but never had we experienced food that was spoiled. We won't be back. like I mentioned the rest of us were not comfortable to finish our food or even the second bottle of wine. It was very unfortunate since the restaurant had good reviews. I felt like more could have been done by the restaurant to take care of their customer. It's not even about the bill, we have paid more, but more about taking care of the customer. The manager did not even come back again. You could count with one hand the number of tables that had people so it wasn't that they were slammed. Hopefully others don't run into the same experience we had.
