   Nice staff, a little slow overall. Had to wait and ask for water refills and condiment request took multiple people asking to get. Overall very polite tho, not a real issue. Food is very expensive being at a hotel it’s expected I guess. The burger and chicken sandwich were around $30 each and both were OK at best. No popping flavor in either, again for the price it’s disappointing. The appetizer queso was ok, again a bit dull in flavor. Overall, just not worth the “Four seasons” influenced prices. Great outside ambience but the food just isn’t worth a return trip for us. Sorry

   I've eaten at Proof a number of times now. I've never been disappointed in any meal and the service has always been professional and prompt. Lovely spot to eat a meal and watch the sun set over Pinnacle Peak.

   We loved it ! We got appetizers & desserts chips trio was very good everything felt homemade and fresh, pretzels were really good … but favorite were the sticky buns with ice cream…. Service was excellent and vibes with the mountains 👌

   A wonderful dining experience. The staff is very welcoming. Dress is nice casual for dinner. Kids are welcome. They have a big beautiful outdoor patio with plenty of heaters and an incredible view. The food is fabulous with generous portions and interesting offerings. We ordered 4 different dishes from their smoker offerings Everyone loved their food.
