    Proof is always amazing ! The menu is ever changing and so good! The service is always great and we have never had a bad meal or experience here. The views are also amazing! Great drinks too!

    Very nice meal all around. It was very quiet and the food was delicious. Our server was also very attentive and polite. Loved the atmosphere too.

    We expected a lot more from the Four Seasons! A simple salad was $17, add chicken for $12.... That made a no-frills salad $29! Poor value. The $28 hamburger came out quite substantial, looking delicious and loaded, but was actually somewhat flavorless and had an odd sauce that was later scraped off (by a non-picky eater). Disappointed. The other two meals were underwhelming, very fatty and quite over priced. The location is convenient. We enjoy upscale food and are willing to pay for it but the Proof quality didn't match the very inflated prices. Low score on value. Regretfully, we most likely won't be back.
