You can also book the entire restaurant before we open, or for the entire night on Mondays,that seats up to as many as 110 guests. We do all sorts of events from rehearsal dinners to fundraisers, never a room charge. Call and ask for Chef/Owner Giovanni to plan the menu and take of all the details for your special day.

The staff, service, atmosphere, and everything were wonderful. Our server Cassie was great. It was very busy on Christmas Eve. The staff were constantly moving to keep up with the full restaurant. They even had catering brought in for the staff to enjoy. I tried the Franco Amoroso Moscato D'Asti, which was really good. We had the Chicken Parmigiana and Plain Alfredo with added chicken and broccoli. Most of it came home to enjoy again. We will be returning.

Music a bit loud for as small a place it is. Plus we were seated right in front of the stage which didn’t help.

Proseccos has been our favorite place to dine since they opened. The food is always great, it is always hot, and very plentiful! I don’t have to cook the next day! Love the ambiance— the live music just adds to the whole experience— it’s perfect and great to be able to talk to guests at your table.

Terrific Thursday night dinner complete with a jazz duo. Fresh salads and delicious pasta bolognese. Friendly, personable service from Steve. One of our favorite restaurants in the Canandaigua area. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We had reservations and arrived on time. We were seated promptly. After 15 minutes, we started looking at other establishments and discussing if we were going to leave. As we were about to get up (20 minutes) a waitress finally came to our table and acknowledged our existence. We tried to be understanding since it was a Saturday night and we were told there was a mixup with seating assignments. We ordered our food and some drinks right away. My wife ordered the Manhatten clam chowder for an appetizer. She said it really didn't have any flavor. Her main dish was good. I ordered the pork chop special. The pork chop itself was good. Small, but good. My side dishes were switched out without asking and they were switched to items that I despise. Was supposed to be mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Was switched to sweet potatoes and spinach. I asked about it and was told the cooks do it when they are running low on items, which I truly understand, but I cannot stand eithsr of those items. I asked the waitress about it and was offered an apology about it and the waitress asked if I wanted to take some mashed potatoes home. I paid a good amount of money for a meal that I wasn't given and the pork chop was small so needless to say, I left hungry and I don't know if we will be back.
