I booked the NYE dinner for my family and when we got there it was a beautiful place and the food smelled amazing, yet the service was poor, it felt like it was hard to manage the reservations and they had to kick people out of our table to sit us down (it took 30 mins) and then when we got to sit, it took another 30 mins for our server to take our order and another hour to get our food. Overall the food was delicious and other than that we had a great time, we want to come back, just not on a busy night.

Reservations at 10pm didn’t get a waiter until 10:30. Food didn’t come out until 11:30 pm and on top Of that my side dish was burnt as in blackened.

The restaurant is beautiful and it looked so festive for NYE! Sparkly crowd added to the lively ambiance. Service was stellar, food was fantastic, Stephania is an amazing host! Can't wait to go back, we have a fabulous time whenever we go, but NYE was really special!

Love Prosecco. Neighborhood restaurant that makes dining feel like special event. Bread is fresh and warm served with fresh olive oil and olive tampa ade. We had the delicious bufala appetizer and special was shrimp appeti34 cooked perfectly. My daughter ordered the carbonara and side of asparagus, my husband the fettuccini al granchi and I had the tartufate which is my usual dish that I cannot get enough of (truffle, mushroom, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes) We come often. Meals and ambience always perfect. Easy for conversation. Excellent service and food is divine

The meatball is the best in Chicago. The bolognese was simply outstanding. Sadly, the service was very poor our waiter barely spoke to us. The waiter obsessed on one table while ignoring others. Took forever to get our check.
