Prospect is from the team behind San Francisco's acclaimed Boulevard. Partners Nancy Oakes (James Beard award-winning chef/owner of Boulevard), Pam Mazzola and Kathy King, have created a restaurant that pays tribute to contemporary American cuisine. Whether it's a cocktail and a bite at the bar, a casual meal at the communal table, guests will receive exceptional hospitable service. A warm modern space in the heart of SOMA, Prospect has become an anchor for the community.
A separate dining room is available for private events.

Elevate your evening with optional beverage pairings carefully selected by our Sommelier, and Bar Team. Join us for unforgettable holiday celebration as we toast to 2025! Menu starting at $125 per person, plus 6% SF mandate, sales tax of 8.625% and 20% service fee. (Total price for each guests is $168.28per person for the 3 courses) Additional purchases will also incur the same fees and charges. Cancellation is $45 per person if cancelled within 48 hours. NO exceptions will be made to our cancelation policy.

    We had a lovely anniversary dinner recently. Our server Brendan was very gracious and kind, the food was scrumptious, and they even sent out dessert with a "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate!

    Recently had my birthday dinner here with a party of 7. It was truly wonderful. Highly attentive and friendly service from start to finish and the owner even stopped by to greet us and wish me happy birthday. We ordered nearly all the appetizers and loved them all, the lobster arancini was a universally loved option. Mains were also excellent, especially the pork chop and the risotto with scallops. Throughout our meal we worked through several bottles of wine which were chosen by their sommelier, who was delightful. We all left happy, well fed, and I can't wait to return!

    Prospect is one of my favorite places to dine in the city!!!! The food is consistently incredible, the service is excellent, and the overall vibe is great for many occasions. I always leave happy and excited to come back for my next meal!!!

    A nice menu of California cuisine, and the servings were generous. But my pork chop was too salty, the noise level was on the high side, service was sluggish (although attentive), and we generally felt it was pricey for what you got.
